Listing Publication Rules
These rules are an integral part of the Seller Terms and are mandatory for all sellers who publish listings on ZonaCNC.
P.1 Permitted Scope
Only CNC machinery, industrial tools, capital goods, and related industrial consumables are allowed. The following are expressly excluded:
- Non-industrial chemical products.
- Weapons, explosives, or products subject to international sanctions.
- Biological, medical, or pharmaceutical material.
- General consumer goods unrelated to industrial activity.
- Services (the Platform lists goods; services are only allowed in expressly enabled categories).
P.2 Minimum Mandatory Information
Each listing must include, at a minimum:
- Brand and model.
- Year of manufacture.
- Condition (new, used, refurbished).
- Country and, where applicable, region of location.
- Price or an express indication "Consult price".
- Sufficient technical description.
- Real and own photographs (minimum 3, maximum 30).
- Seller identification (automatically associated with the account).
P.3 Prohibitions
It is prohibited to publish:
- False, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content.
- Contact details (phone, email, website, social media) in images, title, or description, with the intention of channeling communication outside ZonaCNC.
- Unauthorized external links to commercial websites of the seller or third parties.
- Photographs or descriptions plagiarized from other listings or catalogs without a license.
- Sexual, violent, discriminatory content, or content that violates human dignity.
- Machinery subject to mandatory CE marking without a valid marking when offered for use in the EU, unless expressly indicated "not suitable for use in the EU" or "extra-EU sale".
- Stolen machinery or machinery of unlawful origin.
- Multiple duplicate listings of the same item.
P.4 Listing Language
The main listing is drafted in Spanish. ZonaCNC automatically generates translations into the active languages on the Platform. The seller is responsible for the linguistic and technical accuracy of the original version. ZonaCNC is not liable for errors arising from automatic translation, without prejudice to the fact that Enterprise plans may include human review.
P.5 Moderation
Ads undergo an automatic moderation process (regex rules and artificial intelligence) and, when applicable, human review before publication. The possible statuses are: approved, rejected with an identifiable reason, under review.
Rejection includes a reason, and the seller can request human review by replying to the notification email.
P.6 Ad lifespan
The ad remains published while the seller's subscription is active and the item has not been sold. After account cancellation, ads are kept in an "expired" status for 90 days and subsequently deleted, unless required for legal retention or by law.
P.7 Featured ads and boost
The seller can purchase additional visibility through:
- Featured ad: preferred position within its category for the contracted period.
- Monthly boost: visibility boost for 30 days, renewable.
- Permanent boost: sustained visibility until cancellation or credit exhaustion.
Visibility services do not alter the publication rules nor exempt from compliance.
P.8 Recurrence
Three confirmed infractions within a 12-month period may result in the permanent closure of the seller's account.
