Account Cancellation and Portability
This policy describes how to cancel your account on ZonaCNC, what happens to your data after cancellation, and how to exercise your right to data portability in accordance with the GDPR.
X.1 Voluntary Cancellation
You can request the cancellation of your account at any time:
- From your user panel, in the "My Account → Close Account" section.
- By sending a request to privacidad@zonacnc.com from the email address associated with the account.
Cancellation will take effect within a maximum of 7 calendar days, during which you can download your data. If you have active subscriptions, cancellation will be executed at the end of the current billing period, with no refund for the portion already accrued.
X.2 Data Portability
In accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR, you may request the export of your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (JSON or CSV).
Portability will include:
- Account data (name, email, address, language, currency, preferences).
- Published ads with their descriptive data and metadata.
- Messages exchanged through internal messaging.
- Billing history (subscriptions and contracted add-ons).
- Configured reps (if applicable).
Requests can be sent to privacidad@zonacnc.com and will be processed within a maximum period of one month.
X.3 Post-Cancellation Retention Periods

X.4 Anonymization
Once the legal periods have elapsed, the data is irreversibly anonymized. The resulting aggregated statistical data may be retained indefinitely for research and service improvement purposes.
X.5 Exceptions to Erasure
The right to erasure shall not prevail when processing is necessary for:
- Complying with a legal obligation (tax, accounting, anti-fraud).
- Formulating, exercising, or defending legal claims.
- Complying with a request from a competent authority.
In these cases, the data will be retained in a blocked state (with restricted access) for the relevant period.
X.6 Forced Account Termination
ZonaCNC may unilaterally terminate an account for the reasons set forth in the Terms and Conditions (serious breach, fraud, court order). The forced termination will be notified to the user with justification, and they will be offered the download period indicated in X.1, unless prohibited by law or an express court ruling.
X.7 Reactivation
If a terminated user wishes to reactivate their account within the subsequent 90-day period, they may do so by writing to privacidad@zonacnc.com, subject to identity verification. After the 90 days have elapsed, a new registration will be required.
