LACFER CR1 A155 - Frontal lathes
Very robust head, with all its gears and shafts in chrome-nickel steel, tempered and entirely rectified. The main shaft rotates on an excellent assembly of conical bearings of ultra precision and grease by pump aspirated of the crankcase.
Prismatic guide bench, tempered its four guides from 400º to 500º Brinell and rectified, very robust and provided with extensive outputs of chip reinforced by a double drum wall.
Advantageously conceived, completely closed gearbox, all its axles mounted on bearings by means of a selector, allows to obtain 38 longitudinal and transverse advances, 36 metric steps and Whitworth, 24 modular and Pitch, without change of wheels.
Apron widely dimensioned, with access very comfortable to the controls and eternally greased by being equipped with pump of grease.
Very robust car, with automatic lubrication for guides, by means of the pump installed in the apron and control valve.
Robust counterpoint, with 70mm diameter tempered and honed cane, as well as its housing.
Electrical maneuver with Siemens meters and output transformer, remote controls at 110 volts, pushbuttons and signaling lights well visible.
