Used for the production of bevel gears with helical teeth, in highly loaded gears for cement equipment, mining machine gears, bevel crusher gears, globoid gears, and other mechanisms.
The spiral bevel gear machine 5A284 was developed to generate spiral bevel gears, zero bevel gears, and hypoid gears with a maximum diameter of 1600 mm and a maximum module of 30. Machining is performed using a face-type gear cutting head, employing the generating and plunge cutting methods. The 5A284 model has very high precision; the machine guarantees class 7 or higher depending on the cutting format adopted. As an option, the machine can be equipped with the SIEMENS Simatic S7-300 control system, SIMODRIVE 611U Drive.
