Terms and Conditions of Use
These Terms govern the relationship between VELETA COMERCIALIZACIONES Y SERVICIOS SLU («ZonaCNC») and users of the marketplace https://www.zonacnc.com («the Platform»). Registration or use of the Platform implies full acceptance of these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Platform: the website https://www.zonacnc.com and associated services.
- Seller: registered professional user who publishes listings.
- Buyer: user, registered or not, who views or contacts about listings.
- Listing: a post published by a Seller describing a machine, tool, or good.
- Plan: monthly or annual subscription contracted by a Seller.
2. B2B Nature
ZonaCNC is a platform for professional use only (B2B). By registering, you declare that you are acting within the scope of your business or professional activity. Consumers within the meaning of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 are not permitted.
3. Registration and Account
Registration as a Seller requires providing truthful data (company name, tax ID, address, contact). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and notifying any unauthorized access to support@zonacnc.com.
ZonaCNC reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms, publish fraudulent or false content, or infringe upon the rights of third parties.
4. Publishing Listings
The Seller guarantees:
- Being the owner of the machinery listed or having authorization to sell it.
- That the information (description, photographs, price, condition, year, location) is truthful and up to date.
- Holding the intellectual property rights over the images and texts published.
- That the listing does not violate any applicable law, third-party rights, or promote illegal activities.
It is prohibited to publish: machinery without safety guarantees for industrial use, contact details within the body of the listing (contacts are managed through internal messaging), external links to other competing platforms, products that are not industrial machinery/tools or related accessories.
5. Plans, Prices, and Billing
ZonaCNC offers plans with different features (see pricing page). Prices include applicable VAT. Billing is done in advance via Stripe.
Plan changes (upgrade/downgrade)
- Upgrade: immediate effect. Stripe automatically calculates the proportional difference for the remaining days of the current period and charges it in a single payment. The next invoice is issued at the price of the new plan.
- Downgrade: it is scheduled and takes effect at the end of the current already paid period. No additional charge is made, nor is any amount refunded for unused days.
- Cancellation: takes effect at the end of the paid period. The service remains available until that date.
Failed payments
Stripe will automatically retry the charge during a grace period. If after the retries the charge continues to fail, the account will change to a "past_due" status and ads may stop being displayed until the situation is regularized.
6. Commissions
ZonaCNC does not charge a commission on sales made between Buyer and Seller. The transaction is closed outside the Platform according to the terms agreed between the parties.
7. Internal messaging
Messages exchanged through internal messaging may be automatically reviewed by anti-fraud systems (removal of URLs/phone numbers/emails) to prevent circumvention of the Platform. It is forbidden to invite contact outside ZonaCNC to avoid supervised messaging.
8. Liability
ZonaCNC acts as a mere technological intermediary. It is not a party to the purchase and sale, does not guarantee the condition, performance, ownership or title of the advertised machinery, and does not intervene in negotiations, direct payments or delivery between the parties.
Commercial disputes between Buyer and Seller will be resolved directly between them. ZonaCNC may cooperate by providing information from the message history when legally required.
9. Intellectual property
Editorial content, trademarks, logos and software are owned by ZonaCNC or used under license. Content published by Sellers is owned by them, who grant ZonaCNC a non-exclusive, free, worldwide and sublicensable license to host, communicate, translate and promote said content within the framework of the service provision.
10. Modifications
ZonaCNC reserves the right to modify these Terms. Modifications will be published on this page and, if substantial, will be notified by email to Sellers at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the modifications take effect implies acceptance.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Huesca, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
