Frequently asked questions
Do you charge commission on sales?
No. You only pay the monthly or annual subscription. You collect the full sale price from the buyer. No retentions or percentages.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, whenever you like from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rata billing. Downgrades apply on the next cycle and your ads are kept — those exceeding the new quota are hidden automatically without being deleted.
Is there a lock-in or cancellation penalty?
Zero lock-in on the monthly plan: cancel with one click and keep the service until the end of the paid cycle. The annual plan gives 2 free months and only renews if you actively decide to continue.
Do I need a card to use the Free plan?
No. Free requires no card or bank details. You publish up to your plan limit and generate up to 3 PDF offers per month. When you need more, upgrade to Starter or Pro without losing any ads.
What do you invoice and how do I send my own invoices to buyers?
We invoice only the plan subscription (with Spanish VAT). The payment from the machinery buyer is handled directly by you with your own normal invoicing — ZonaCNC does not intervene in the transaction or retain any funds.
Do PDF offers have a watermark?
Only on the Free plan. From Starter the PDF is clean + attached to the email + includes your logo. Pro/Business/Enterprise add a premium industrial template and open-tracking: you can see when the buyer opens your offer.
Do you only invoice Spanish companies?
For now yes — invoicing with Spanish VAT. If your company is based outside Spain and you want to operate as a seller, write to us at hola@zonacnc.com and we will let you know when intra-community billing is available.
