CNC plasma cutting machine semi-new, with very robust mechanics and electronics CR-Italian brand, Spa.
This machine was completely reconditioned by our company at the electrical, electronic, and software level (new equipment: CNC unit, industrial PC units, brushless AC three-phase servo drives, and all cables, generator unit, plasma torch body, etc.) and fully overhauled pneumatically and mechanically. The machine has also been completely painted.
Currently, the machine is equipped with the new HYPERTHERM POWERMAX 65 generator, specifically for plasma cutting in the boiler-making (HVAC) and mechanical assembly industries, delivering good quality with a thickness of 6/7 mm in steel and medium hardness 8/10 mm at the user's instructions.
The table working dimensions are: 1,500 x 3,000 mm.
Maximum axis speed: 30 m/min.
Axis positioning accuracy: +/-0.15 mm.
Axis repeatability: approx. 0.050 mm.
CNC graphical interface: windows with alphanumeric HMI software version ALFACUT IV.
The torch body is also new HYPERTHERM DURAMAX "latest generation" type and has a pneumatic marker with glass beads.
