Machine for manufacturing wooden spools. Developed for machining flanges of wooden reels from 650 to 800 mm in diameter for conditioning threads and cables. These machining processes include:
• Center hole;
• Drive holes;
• Diagonal hole;
• Flange machining;
• Internal flange finishing;
• Core cavity machining;
• Tie rod holes;
• Cavity for conical washers;
This equipment consists of 4 modules:
1. Feed conveyor;
2. Drilling;
3. Machining;
4. Storage;
Production capacity:
60 flanges per hour.
This equipment features dedicated motors for each type of machining, controlled by PLC, data entry via 7" color touch screen HMI, and automatic setup.
This equipment includes protection and safety devices in compliance with regulatory standards.
